Group Training
Group Classes are taught using the Boot Camp/HIIT method which combines resistance training and cardiovascular exercise to create a high intensity, high calorie burning, full body workout. This class is designed for ALL fitness levels.
1-on-1 Personal Training
One-on-one personal training is a favorable option if you are looking to get fit in a quieter setting. Sessions are designed to your specific fitness goals and experience level, and include full body resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.
Powerlifting
Power lifting classes are 1-on-1 or small group (up to 2 people). These sessions are designed for beginning athletes who want to learn how to lift, or student athletes who are cross training from other sports. Focused lifts are bench press, deadlift, and back squat. Additional lifts can be added based on interest, skill level and experience.
